[ Neo made sure to be fashionably late; she went shopping (well "shopping"), got her hair and nails did, saw a movie. She showed up at the Guardian's office a few hours later, shoving her way past security and flipping anyone who questioned her the bird.
She was actually kind of :/ about meeting without Roman because it was always awkward talking with people for any length of time because "talking" was in quotation marks.
She struts into the reception area, grabs a fashion magazine and makes herself at home on the couch. ]

When she hears the fuss, though, it makes it easy to figure out that she's here. Weiss sighs and rolls her eyes before she leaves her office to make sure she gets it out of her system, then comes out to the reception area to get Neo. ]
[ Weiss looks surprised when she gets texted of all things, but she supposes that answers if Neo actually doesn't want to talk or if she just doesn't talk. After glancing at the text she doesn't put her phone away, ready for the next one. ]
I'm sure either Mercury Black or Roman Torchwick mentioned to you that I'm offering them deals to clear their criminal records within Nova City. One of the stipulations of Torchwick's is that I offer you one as well. We're here to discuss terms if you're interested.
Aiding and abetting Torchwick is still a crime and technically associating with him and assisting him since my announcement about the warrant for his arrest is also a crime, but beyond that? It's not going to matter to people like Yang or Ruby if I can't say that they have to leave you alone by law. Now what I want to ask is if you have any demands for a potential deal you would like to make before I state what I'm going to need for you to get that.

You may fight back in self-defense, but you are not allowed to antagonize or instigate fights. Any fighting must be stopped as soon as you have the opportunity to leave the fight without putting yourself in danger. 4. You are welcome to report any crimes you see from other criminals directly to the Guardian's office and we'll take care of it even if you are known to be committing a similar infraction. It's easy enough since she's already got Roman's contracts, so just having the provisions about what he owes her and the fact that she had to give Neo an offer as well off of her version doesn't take long and she comes back, putting the written version of what she went over in front of Neo. ]
Read through it if you want, then sign at the bottom and initial in the three indicated locations. I'll make a copy for you once you have.
[ Neo skimmed through the contract, making sure nothing stood out too much. With how much Weiss explained she doubted there were going to be stealth riders in there and... well if there were fuck em.
Neo 'signed' with three elaborate smiley faces and handed them back.
She got up and flashed Weiss a smile before heading for the door. ]
[ She raised her eyebrows. It's like the signature of a five year old. If she didn't have security cameras to confirm that it was actually Neo who did that, she'd be worried about the authenticity.
A begrudging word came out after a few seconds, but Weiss went to sign her part and then take it to the copier. ]
[ Even if that wasn't really how she signed things, it would be worth it just to see the annoyed face Weiss was making.
Actually the entire reason she signed anything was because it annoyed people who liked things that were signed. The concept of signing things was something to be subverted, to Neo.
